Upcoming Kinship Events and Activities
Hello Kinship families and mentors!
October is National Bullying Prevention Month
Get involved in this month-long campaign uniting a nation to take action at the local level to prevent bullying in schools, communities and online. Initiated by PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center in 2006, National Bullying Prevention Month is a time for everyone to work together and create kindness, inclusion and acceptance in all communities.
• Register your school or organization as a Champion Against Bullying
• Speak in your community about bullying prevention and local activities
• Take steps to prevent bullying by coordinating a "Run, Walk, Roll Against Bullying" in your community
• Participate in Unity Day on Wed., Oct 24th; wear and share orange to support bullying prevention
